Bacura (バキュラ Bakyura?) is an indestructible enemy that appears in many Xevious games. Unlike most of the other enemies, these enemies cannot be killed, thus, must be dodged.
Appearance/Abilities[]
It looks like a flipping rectangle, and flies to the opposite direction of the Solvalou. Some come with enemy turrets attached to them in Xevious 3D/G. In Xevious Arrangement, there were 4 "types" of Bacuras, depending on which direction they're coming towards you. Also, in some areas, Bacuras flip in one direction, but they may reverse (meaning they flip to the opposite direction). For example, in the middle of Area 3, Bacuras go down, but then for a short while, they go up.
Directions:
1) Down
2) Up
3) Right
4) Left
Trivia[]

- In Ace Combat Infinity, Bacura may appear randomly in the Tokyo Martial Law multiplayer mission, flying high above the battlefield, while Xevious music plays. They can be destroyed with enough hits, though they cannot be locked onto with missiles. [1]
- Bacuras appear in Super Smash Bros. For Nintendo 3DS in the Smash Run game mode.
- Bacuras appear as enemies in the Tales series, such as in Tales of Symphonia and Tales of Xillia.
- In Xevious: Fardraut Saga, Bacuras can be killed with your zapper.
